2. Products & Descriptions

We specialize in premium, long-lasting perfumes with up to 50% oil concentration.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images, however:

• Slight variations in packaging, bottle design, or scent strength may occur.
• Colors and shades may appear differently depending on screen settings.
• These variations are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

We accept available payment methods shown at checkout, which may include:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank transfers
• Wallets
• Any other method introduced in the future

We reserve the right to update prices or payment methods without prior notice.

4. Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp.

We may cancel or refuse orders if:

• Payment cannot be verified
• Incorrect contact details are provided
• Suspicious of fraudulent activity
• The product is out of stock

If the order is cancelled, you will be notified promptly.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across Pakistan only
• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Delivery time: 3–5 business days
• Free shipping on orders above PKR 4000
• Tracking information is provided after dispatch

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
• Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or public holidays

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our policies follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.

• Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
• Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim
• Returns accepted only for damaged, leaked, or wrong items
• Scent preference is not eligible for return
• Customer pays return shipping
• Refunds processed within 3–7 working days after approval

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before processing or dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
