We currently ship across Pakistan only.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation message once your order is packed and dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Remote areas may require additional time depending on courier availability.

4. Shipping Charges

• Flat shipping charges Rs.200 will be charged.
• Orders below this amount will be charged a standard shipping fee (visible at checkout).

5. Courier Partners

We ship through reliable and trusted courier services across Pakistan to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking details are sent via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.

7. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you, they may attempt delivery again.
For COD orders, please keep your phone accessible to verify delivery details.

8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Orders may be delayed or returned if:

• The address provided is incomplete/incorrect

• The customer is unreachable
  In such cases, re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaked, or tampered with, you must share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
