At Scentorals Perfumes, we ensure every fragrance is crafted and delivered with care.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are here to assist you. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving their order.
Requests made after 24 hours cannot be accepted.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear unboxing video is required for all return, exchange, or damage claims.

Your video must:

  • Show the parcel from all sides before opening
  • Clearly display the courier slip
  • Capture the complete unboxing process without cuts
  • Show the exact issue (damage, leakage, wrong item, missing item)

Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.


3. Conditions Eligible for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product arrives damaged, broken, or leaking
  • You received the wrong item
  • An item is missing from the package

Not eligible for return/exchange:

If the product’s content has been used, even partially
(Perfume is a personal-use item and must remain completely unused.)


4. Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

If your return or exchange request is approved,
return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
We do not offer free return pickups.


5. Refund Method & Timeline

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed through bank transfer or wallet transfer.

Refund timeline:
3–7 working days after approval.

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Damaged items
  • Missing items
  • Wrong items delivered

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • A wrong product was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged or leaked

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.

8. Important Notes

  • Used or opened perfume bottles cannot be returned.
  • An unboxing video is compulsory for any claim.
  • Items must remain unused and in original condition for approval.
